The long awaited FIFA World Cup is finally here, the country has been preparing for this event for many years and it's now time for South Africa to shine and for all South Africans to get together and unite as a nation. Let's get behind the country and the team by being true ambassadors of South Africa and let's give our international guests an unforgettable and truly South African experience.
The Workshop Shopping Centre has put together an exciting soccer entertainment schedule for the whole family. On Durban match days shoppers can look out for awesome soccer tricksters, who will perform amazing soccer tricks, if you can mimic the trick you will win yourself a mystery prize. Other exciting competitions include, vuvuzela blowing, table soccer, soccer quizzes, soccer tricks and talent contests. If you have an amazing talent come down to The Workshop and showcase this talent, this will also win you a mystery prize.
Shoppers can also look out for our referees who will be on patrol on selected days between 10 June – 11 July 2010. If you are spotted shopping you will be carded and will get rewarded with a mystery gift. Lots of shopping bags and packets in your hand will get the referees attention, so be on the lookout for them and make sure you're spotted.

Entry couldn’t be easier. To qualify for a scratch card simply spend a total of R300 or more in at least two stores at The Workshop. Once you receive a scratch card, it will reveal an instant mystery prize or enter you into the draw to stand the chance of winning up to R 50 000 cash!!! We will be hosting the grand prize giveaway events on Saturday 26 September and Saturday 31 October. Prior to each event, 20 people will be randomly selected to come to The Workshop, where one finalist will be selected live to play for the R50 000 by choosing a box from each of the 2 sets of 12 gift boxes on offer. The one lucky finalist gets to keep whatever is in the boxes.
